Maima is patient and walks you through each step. There’s a 20 minute call to review your tax return before she files it. The messaging system is secure and makes for an easy way to communicate with her. She provides links to the IRS website and tells you how to get to certain documents like your wages transcript, things I never knew existed before. She feels like a wealth of knowledge and doesn’t talk down to you, even when you may not know much about taxes.
